After a quiet night in Amsterdam, you will depart for Spakenburg. This town is known for its traditional costumes and lively fishing culture.
Day 3: Spakenburg – Harderwijk
Today you set sail for Harderwijk. This former fishing town breathes history and has much to offer. Visit the old center and discover the historic harbor, where fishing once flourished.
Day 4: Harderwijk – Elburg
Your journey continues to the charming town of Elburg. This well-preserved fortified town with its old city walls and canals takes you back to the Middle Ages. Stroll through the narrow streets and admire the beautiful historic buildings.
Day 5: Elburg – Urk

Day 7: Enkhuizen – Sneek
On the penultimate day of your trip, set sail for Sneek, known for its waterways and famous Waterpoort. A perfect conclusion to a trip brimming with culture, nature and history.
Day 8: Sneek
Your Zuiderzee tour ends in Sneek. Take some time to explore this charming Frisian town before saying goodbye to the ship and crew.

You can choose to travel the route by bicycle, with the ship Josefien waiting for you at the next destination each day. Some parts of the trip you sail with the ship, while other parts you explore by bicycle. Don’t want to bike one day? No problem, you can also sail the entire route or part of the route with the ship.
